SNAPSHOT | This fine dining restaurant had been closed for renovation, plus there were new people in the area who had never heard of it.

CHALLENGE | To find an effective way to tell more people about the venue, and get them to come in to experience it.

OBJECTIVE | To increase engagement, and get people to trial. Based on an amazing experience, they would become loyal customers over time.

APPROACH | We used great imagery, quality copy and a range of creative ad formats based on an offer to send prospects into a Facebook Messenger bot sequence, where they would provide their name, number and email, then make a booking.
