How We Worked With Accoras To Build a Unified Brand Around Changing Lives

Human Stories at the Heart
We reframed messaging to focus
on real outcomes, showing lives
changed instead of statistics.
Consistency Across Every Service
Colour-coded brochures, a new website,
and a clear matrix make Accoras’s
breadth of services easy to navigate
and understand.
A Partner in Every Step
As their outsourced marketing department,
we support everything from tenders to
program launches, helping Accoras
keep telling stories of changed lives.
A Life Changed
A teenager disengaged from school finds a pathway into meaningful work. A family in crisis receives support to keep children safe and together. A community member struggling with mental health finally speaks to someone who listens, and gets help. These aren’t statistics. They’re the real outcomes of Accoras’s work. And they became the heart of a brand transformation that finally told the story of what Accoras truly does: Changing Lives.
About Accoras

Accoras is a not-for-profit organisation delivering services across child, youth and family support, community programs, employment pathways, and psychology. Their mission is to create stronger futures, meeting people where they are and providing practical, evidence-based support that makes a genuine difference.
The Challenge
Despite its deep impact, Accoras’s story was buried in complexity. Their messaging leaned on program descriptions and outputs, rather than the real lives changed. Services were presented in silos, and staff didn’t have a clear, consistent way of sharing the organisation’s difference: they don’t just deliver services, they go to where you are.
Our Strategic Approach

Positioning & Messaging
Through interviews with senior staff, we uncovered the real outcomes of Accoras’s work and distilled them into human stories. This revealed what truly set them apart: Accoras doesn’t wait for people to come to them, they go to where people are, geographically and emotionally.
We then reframed their brand around a single, powerful truth: Changing Lives. This became the anchor message across every channel, ensuring all communications reflected human impact, not just data.

Marketing Matrix
Built a clear framework for their four core service areas – Child, Youth & Family; Community; Employment; Psychology – making it easy for people to navigate the breadth of their work, while tying every service back to the central Changing Lives positioning.

Brand & Design System
Rolled out a full stationery suite and designed colour-coded brochures for each service stream, creating visual clarity and consistency across every touchpoint.

Outsourced Marketing Department
Became Accoras’s dedicated marketing team, delivering:
- Regular content for the master brand
- Social media training for staff
- Tender writing and support
- Case study rewrites that show lives changed, not just numbers
- Annual reports

Digital Platforms
Designed and launched a new website aligned to the refreshed brand, and began development of their second site to further extend reach and accessibility.
