Things like seeing blue sky from our âwork from homeâ office. Having the cat ⊠AND the dog⊠at my feet, which is always calming. Talking to my elderly father and father-in-law daily, to make sure they are following safety protocols. Hearing my daughter talk to her friends on the phone. Remembering the things that are important right at this minute,  the things that I find grounding.
Because if I am grounded and calm and appreciative, then Iâm able to think openly, and differently, in terms of our clientsâ businesses, and our own…
